James Chang, PE

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, N.C.S.U., May 2016.

James is from Fairfax, Virginia, and began his engineering career with ETA in 2021.

His duties include the structural design of residential buildings and performing on-site inspections and reports to ensure compliance with construction documents and building codes or to resolve construction problems.

James officially earned his NC State Professional Engineering License in 2021.  He also holds a VA State Professional Engineering License, which he obtained in 2021.
