Engineering Tech Associates, PA staff members:
Ken Theisen
PE, President
Ken Theisen is the firm’s president and principal engineer. Ken holds a B.S.C.E. degree, which he obtained from Polytechnic Institute of N.Y. in 1981. He is responsible for operations, project management and final project review.
Ralph J. Sigler
III, PE, President
Ralph holds a B.S.C.E. degree, which he obtained from North Carolina State University in 2004.
Nathaniel B. Gray
PE, Vice President
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, N.C.S.U., May 2014. Nathan is from Goldsboro, NC, and began his engineering career with ETA in 2014. His duties include the structural design of residential buildings and performing on-site inspections

Received a BSCE degree from North Carolina State University in December 2018.
Cody is originally from Greensboro, NC, and began his engineering career with ETA in January 2018.
